As good and true servant leaders, we all want to know how to influence our people and change people’s lives for the better. We want to impact them for good; we want the people we lead to grow and flourish and see brilliant levels of success. And we want to leave our mark, by teaching others to leave their mark on the world. True servant leaders that want to see their people surpass them, that’s how any of us achieves immortality.
I spell out the three items I talk about in the video down below. And keep in mind, not just in business, but in general, these are great points to be helpful, and impact others!
1️⃣ Have a daily growth mindset – ask people what YOU can help them learn today.
2️⃣ Communication skills – these are crucial to long-term success. Communication is a two-way interaction. It’s what you say, how you say it, and how the other person receives it.
3️⃣ Create a feedback culture – ask for feedback from the people that you are leading. A good leader gives feedback regularly, and you have to be humble enough to ask for it too.
