Jairek is a motivational speaker, strategic company evaluator, and high-performance coach! At only 23 years old, Jairek was awarded the Congressional Award (Gold Medal) from the United States Congress. And, he is a trusted advisor and board member to a variety of different companies.
Jairek now has over a decade of performance coaching experience. Now he works with professionals to unlock and maximize their personal performance and the organization’s success. Jairek is dedicated to helping professionals, leaders, people just like you in achieving success by living a life with purpose and succeeding both personally and professionally!

I am really inspired by much of the insight that Jairek shared with me on this episode!
Some key things that Jairek shared tonight which I thought were great! I asked the question, “What are some key characteristics that define a good, or great leader?”
- The psychology of the leader determines the actions of the leader. Their psychology and how they view things will determine how effective they are.
- Transparency. What people see on the surface and the underlying things that are happening… are they congruent? We have to be REAL with what we are saying and doing.
- Alignment in making the company a great place. With as much time as people spend at work. Give people a place that they can enjoy as humans. A work environment that allows them to enjoy their life!
