Pastor Nate had some insightful knowledge! As we were talking, he shared some amazing characteristics of a leader.
- Be relatable. You have to be a people person and be able to relate to them. Relate to their wins, their losses, their journey of who they are!
- Leaders can demonstrate. They have to be able to do (at least once) what they are asking of others.
- You have to make sure that other people know that what they are doing is important. You must be able to accentuate someone else’s purpose. You have to make them and their purpose the most important thing in the world, to them.
This is an absolute MUST watch to get the details on his discussion of these points!
