This week my guest is Terry Lancaster!

Terry is the Author of “BETTER: Self Help For The Rest of Us,” he is an Automotive Trainer, Works in Advertising, and he is one heck of a Motivational Speaker. Each time I speak with Terry, I leave feeling inspired and better than when we started the conversation! Terry says in the interview, he wants people to have their health, happiness, and prosperity! He is really an all around great person!

He has character, is one of the most down-to-earth guys you will ever meet and has a wealth of practical knowledge for professionals in the business.

Make sure and check out this great addition to the “Live Leadership Lesson Series

Terry had some really excellent info to share tonight! I asked him for three characteristics that define a leader. Without missing a beat.

  1. Empathy for others.
  2. Niceness. (Which we talked more on, this is something that has not been trained prior in business!)
  3. Strength.

This is an absolute MUST watch to get the details on his discussion of these points!

I got this awesome quote from Terry during our chat. Simple, direct and to the point.

“Niceness is good for business.” ~ Terry Lancaster
